This process routinely starts in the u17 age group in Europe. Why? To create accurate training zones, measure improvement, & ensure every part of your program is optimised & matched to your unique physiology.
At XLR8 Performance Coaching, I believe in thoroughly understanding your physiological profile in order to create a bespoke, individualised program that targets exactly what you need to improve. This requires a power meter and some specific testing to determine your aptitude for sprinting, time trialling, endurance efforts & everything in between.
